For promoters
List your night
Send the show and the poster. It goes on the site, in the weekly email, and into Google as a real event, at no cost, and you keep everything.
You put the night together. We help the audience find it. Send the details yourself so the show sounds like you, the poster looks right and people know when to turn up.
What you get
- A page for the show with doors, start time, room, price and a link straight to your tickets.
- Structured data that lets Google show it as an event, with date and price in the search result, not just a blue link.
- A slot in the weekly email and on the homepage on the day.
- A page for you as a promoter, collecting everything you have run. See the promoters index.
What to send
The show's name, the date or the night it runs, start time and venue are enough to get listed. Everything else improves the listing but nothing is required, and a half-filled form is much better than none, and we will come back to you about anything important that is missing.
The poster is the one thing worth digging out. It is the difference between a listing people click and a line of text, and it is what gets used when the show is shared.
The form
What happens next
Everything sent in is checked by hand before it appears, and that is the whole point of the site, and it is why the listings can be trusted. Expect it up within a couple of days. If something is unclear we will ask rather than guess: a wrong start time is worse than no listing.
The small print, such as it is
- It is free, with nothing to upgrade to. There is no paid tier and no promoted slot.
- Your poster stays yours. We use it to illustrate the listing and the share card, nothing else.
- Nothing is exclusive. List everywhere else too, it makes no difference here.
- Tell us when it changes. Cancellations especially. A cancelled show can be marked as cancelled properly, so anyone who already found it is told.
