Is Your Comedy Offensive?
Unless you're watching a Headliner's special, you're likely to see multiple acts, and some will be more offensive than others. Though most comedians use blue language and mature themes, very few comedians want to bully, or offend audience members. Comedy works best in a free speech environment, but we're all here to create great times and laugh together.
If you're really into offensive humour. RAW has one of the darkest comedy shows on earth. But it's an open mic in a convenient location, so there's always a variety of comedians trying new material to cleanse the pallete.
How Can I Find The Comedy Joint?
Next door to Khao San Road, opposite Buddy Bar. Follow us on Google Maps, and you'll see our staff holding signs happy to point you in the right direction. Yes it's down a weird dark alleyway, sorry, we needed to get away from the noise of Khao san road!
Is There Parking?
Barely, we don't have any. There are some parking lots 8 minutes walk away :) Why are you driving in Bangkok? Grab a Taxi, have a drink!
Are the Comedians Funny? Have I Seen Them on TV?
YES! We book the best touring comedians from the UK, Australian, and US circuits, and sprinkle in some local legends. Many of our comedians have specials on Netflix or Prime, and have performed at the greatest comedy clubs and festivals around the world.
Previous bookings have included Grahman Elwood, Christophe Davidson, Joe Zalias, Sasha Frank, Bryan Alyward, Yoshi Obayashi, Annie Yang, Trevor Lock, etc.
Is Heckling Allowed?
Not really. Some Comedians actively work with the crowd and encourage a dialogue. Some audience members think of something funny to shout, and it usually is hillarious, the first time. Then they get drunk and excited and start interrupting the show and we have to tell them to STFU or GTFO.
