David Alfie Ward plays the UN Irish Pub in Chiang Mai on Friday 2 October 2026, on stage at 20:00. It is one night rather than a run, which is the shape almost all booked comedy outside Bangkok takes.
Ward is a British comedian, born and raised in the east end of London. He started stand-up in a small bar in his hometown and has since played the biggest clubs in the UK, and he tours widely — Europe, South Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the USA and Australia — having supported Dane Baptiste and Darren Harriott on the road.
The night is put on by Ian Harvey Stone, who also runs Chiang Mai's weekly open mic at The Moat House on Thursdays. No ticket price has been published. The UN Irish Pub is a pub and restaurant on Ratvithi Road for the rest of its week, so ask the room what the door costs before you travel.
